Did you know you can configure user privileges in :Apogee Prepress?
Beginning with :Apogee Prepress 8.0, you now have control to configure and assign user privileges. This resource can be used to define which privileges (operations,functions,actions,views,etc.) a specific user will have.
For example, you can create a user for a Sales representative to allow them to view a job, along with the raster previews, but not allow them to make any changes to the job or system.
(This resource will not be used to manage user passwords, this is controlled via Windows user accounts.)
To create the user privileges, you must be logged on as Administrator level. Go to System Over view and select the :Apogee icon at the top, then double click the Users resource in the bottom Resource pane:
